Las Vegas

Vegas...for work. And we worked hard, for two extremely long days...which also included entertaining our clients at night. Mexican one night, some margaritas followed up by gambling (you can see my winnings below!!). The next night we went for Sushi at Eye Candy in Mandalay Bay, then stopped by Haze inside of Aria, the new city center in Vegas.

My WINNINGS!!! YESSSSS!!!
On Saturday I got stuck in Vegas because my flight was cancelled due to the blizzard in VA, so figured I would go and visit one of the hundreds of shows/exhibits that is offered there. Early in the day I went with one of my directors to the Bodies exhibit. I wasn't grossed out by what I saw, but my stomach was seriously queasy anyway. The exhibit is there to help you see what a body really looks like on the inside, and uses real human bodies that have been preserved so they do not decay. Interesting right? Some things they had there was a brain that had been through a stroke, a smokers lung compared to a normal one, also an obese lady cut in half to show where fat is stored in the body etc. The coolest part was the blood vessel section where they were able to disintegrate all of the tissues of the body but just leave the vessels.

Then later that night we went to see Hypnosis Unleashed, which was by far the most hilarious shows that I have ever seen in my life. I laughed hysterically the entire show. I highly recommend going to see this as an opener for the night if you are ever in Vegas.
The show blends mind-blowing hypnotic antics, hilarious comedy and straight ahead rock ‘n’ roll to create an experience that is unmatched anywhere in Las Vegas. The true stars of the show are the real-life audience volunteers who, once hypnotized and their inhibitions relaxed, do some of the funniest and wildest things you’ll ever see.
After all of the volunteers have reached a state of hypnosis, the real fun begins. Michael Johns creates a series of outrageous scenarios, placing people in everything from a tropical Jamaican beach to an infomercial for adult toys. The volunteers’ unpredictable and uninhibited reactions paired with Johns’ quick-witted humor result in a night of outrageously funny comedy.
