I tried a regular yoga class (not Bikram, which I am a fan of) on Tuesday night and didn't really like it, actually I ended up leaving after a half an hour figuring I should use my final 30 minutes on something a little more worth while...the step mill. So last night I gave Pilates a try and I must say, I loved it!!! I like to actually feel my workout the next day and Pilates did not dissapoint!
Pilates is my fav workout method! Happy to hear you have discovered it's awesomeness too :-)
